Travel:

Do we travel?

Yes! If your shoot is outside the Orlando, FL area, there will be a travel fee involved. The fee varies depending on the location and the specific requirements of the shoot. Feel free to reach out to us at rotmediainc@gmail.com with details about the location and your shoot concept for more information.

Deposits:

Do we require a deposit?

Yes, deposits are necessary to secure your booking and are factored into the final cost of your shoot. For all packages, the deposit amounts to 25% of the package cost. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds:

What is our refund policy?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. The initial booking deposit is non-refundable.

Booking in Advance:

How far in advance should you book your session?

The sooner, the better! Our schedule tends to fill up quickly, especially as specific dates approach. Booking in advance ensures you secure the time and date that best suits your needs. However, we also occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out for inquiries.

Delivery Time:

When can you expect to receive your photos/videos?

For portrait sessions, we guarantee the delivery of all final photo edits within 5 to 10 business days following the final payment. Events and videos typically have a turnaround time of 10 to 15 business days.

Delivery Method:

How will you receive your photos/videos?

All final photos and videos will be accessible through an online gallery. This gallery allows you to view, download, and even order digital prints.

Preparing for a Portrait Session:

What should you bring to a portrait session?

Feel free to bring anything that enhances your shoot, such as specific outfits and props. Let us know during the booking process, and we'll do our best to accommodate your vision.

Weather Contingency:

What if the weather is unfavorable on the day of your outdoor session?

In case of inclement weather, which can affect the quality of your outdoor shoot, we will collaborate with you to reschedule for the next available suitable date.

Photo Editing:

Do we edit or retouch photos?

Certainly. Photo retouching is a standard part of all our photo packages. This includes color corrections, exposure adjustments, clarity enhancements, and more. All final photos undergo retouching to eliminate any imperfections. Portrait photos will also receive blemish removal, fly-away hair correction, and skin imperfection touch-ups.

Digital Prints:

Do we offer digital prints?

Yes, your photos will be available through an online gallery, which also features an online store. From there, you can download your images and purchase high-resolution prints in various styles and sizes.

Raw Photos:

Will you receive all raw photos from the shoot?

No, during a shoot, we often capture a large number of photos, some of which may be duplicates, test shots, or out-of-focus images. We meticulously curate the collection to ensure you receive only the highest-quality photos that truly encapsulate your shoot. The specific number of photos included will depend on your selected package.
